Why Do I Need This?

What is the Print Center?

You can white label the print center as your own and it has the vast majority of real estate print and branding materials. This gives you an online print resource that your agents can use as a value add from you.

From business cards to signage to postcards to farming campaigns to brochures. Anything your agents need is just a few clicks away.

Do you have training or do I have to create my own?

We have a library of national trainers your agents can access or you can decide to hide. You are allowed to customize your Sweet and display trainers your brand reflects. In addition you can built out your own training. There is a learning management system (LMS) where you can build our your own training, processes, and ninja secrets.

Why would my agents want a marketplace?

Many reasons. First we have a national network of pre-approved vendors your agents have direct access to. They have been vetted and approved, but you can still customize which vendors you decide to display in your agent marketplace.

In addition you can build our your own broker marketplace.

First is you can create your own products like TC services, listing marketing services, or shared costs in other programs you buy for your agents.
You can create affiliate arrangements with vendors whom your agents need services from.
You can monetize your local client marketplace which is a client facing “craigs list” of local vendors. This allows you to charge for access to your agents creating monthly residual income.

Can I schedule my monthly events?

Yes, that’s what the event calendar was scheduled for. You can now centralize your monthly organization events in one location all your agents can access. Plus if you want you can send them a Google invite simultaneously.

We also have monthly trainings, if you elect, that will be in the monthly event calendar your agents can participate in.

How do teams work?

Your organization can have teams underneath you. Teams are able to access all of your content, but they can also create their own mini-sweet under you.
